Celebrate Independence Day weekend with the FSO
Bring the kids. Bring a blanket. Relax under the Ponderosa pines to a holiday concert of patriotic tunes to celebrate this summer holiday.
With the generous underwriting of the Coconino County Board of Supervisors, the annual Independence Day symphony concert symphony concert will be held on Sunday, July 3, and will feature the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jon Eder in an afternoon of music for the whole community. Joining the FSO this year will be Canyon Movement Company, NAU Suzuki Players and guest conductor Marc Murison. Doors open at 3 p.m.; the concert begins at 4 p.m. at the Fort Tuthill County Park Amphitheater. Admission is free with a suggested donation of $5. Call 774.5107 for details.
