Parking

We can’t wait to welcome you to the concert hall! Parking is managed by NAU, so please plan ahead and allow a little extra time to find your spot.

All concerts are held at Ardrey Memorial Auditorium on NAU’s campus. To park on campus, NAU requires a valid permit year-round.

Easiest Parking Option – Knoles Parking Garage

Location: Corner of West Riordan Road & Knoles Drive (closest to the hall) 

-How to Pay: Use a credit card at the entrance machine—insert the same card when exiting.
-Rates: $4/hour
-Accessible Parking
-ADA Spaces: Available in surface lots P13 and P16A (directly across Knoles Drive from
Ardrey) and inside the Knoles Garage.

Other Visitor Options

-Evening Permit: After 4:30 PM, purchase a $6 evening permit at the Riordan Road kiosk or
via the ParkMobile app. Valid in employee (E) or commuter (NC/SC) lots that open to all
permits after 4:30 PM.
-Pay-by-Space or Metered Lots: Short-term parking is available in lots P16 (Union) or on
Knoles Drive for $3–4/hour (for up to two hours).
-Use ParkMobile Pay by phone option after 4:30 PM at lot P13 (Cline Library) for
$6/evening. Download the ParkMobile app, register online, or call 877- 727-5950 and set up
an account before using this option. Each lot has its own ParkMobile code: lot P13 is zone 4693.

Tips
-Purchase permits in advance when possible through NAU Visitor Parking for quicker entry.
-Allow extra time on concert nights—campus can be busy.
