Flagstaff, AZ – The Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra is hosting its annual charity auction online this year. The auction is open for online bidding February 12-19 and closes at the FSO’s Broadway Classics concert on February 19, a show that features Broadway stars Teri Hansen and Robert Sims performing classic hits. Selected auction items will be displayed live at in the lobby from 3-5pm. Bidding will end after the concert.

This year’s auction theme is “My Favorite Things” and features 60 wonderful gifts including luxury getaway vacations to Bali; Manzanillo, Mexico; and Yukon, Canada; in addition to local Arizona experiences like a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon and tickets to the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Phoenix Suns, and the Sedona International Film Festival. The auction also includes many attractive items of original jewelry, ceramics, gourmet baskets, art, and more. There are even opportunities to have dinner with FSO conductor Charles Latshaw and to conduct the FSO at its popular “Flag Fourth” Independence Day concert this summer. Funds raised through this event support FSO’s live concerts and music education programs.

“We appreciate our community’s involvement and support now more than ever,” said Stephanie Stallings, FSO’s new executive director. “Bringing people together for the healing power of live music is even more essential as we rebuild after COVID.”
